Sleeve Anchors

Sleeve Anchors

Sleeve anchors are designed to be used in softer masonry applications like cinder block and brick. For existing, solid, poured concrete, wedge anchors are the preferred product.

Use a sleeve anchor by predrilling a hole in the brick or cinder block and blow or clear out the hole. Next, insert the anchor through what is being secured and into the drilled hole. The nut and washer should be flush against the fixture. Then, turn the nut. Turning the nut pulls the end of the anchor up through the sleeve, resulting in the expansion of the sleeve and a strong hold in the block or brick.

We carry sleeve anchors from 1/4″ to 3/4″ in diameter and from 1 1/4″ to 6 1/4″ long in zinc and stainless steel.
