Plastic anchor bolt sleeves are used to provide adjustment for cast in place anchor bolts before they are permanently set. The sleeve keeps the concrete away from the top portion of the anchor bolt to allow for slight adjustment after the bolts are set. When adjustments have been made, the top of the sleeve is cut off and grout poured into the void.
