We are currently hiring for our warehouse and shop. Please see two open positions below:

Shipping and Receiving (Charlotte, NC)

We are currently looking for a full-time warehouse worker. This is a full-time position for shipping, receiving, and inventory duties. While the primary responsibility of this position is in the area of shipping, receiving, and inventory, the associate should be prepared to assist with fabrication tasks (cutting, bending, and assembling) to help with overall warehouse productivity. This position is full-time and work hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday – Thursday and 7:30am – 2:30pm Friday.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Prioritize and planning order shipment schedule
• Pulling, packing, and shipping orders, including palletizing large items to skid and wrap for shipment
• Loading and unloading freight trucks
• Receiving, counting, and tracking inventory
• Organizing and cleaning warehouse and shop
• Working as a team with other shop/warehouse employees
• Assembling anchor bolts
• Cutting, bending, threading, and welding steel rod
• Other duties as assigned

Skills required:

• Organization and planning
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Accurate measurement and calculation skills
• Heavy lifting and physical stamina
• Forklift operation experience or ability to learn 
• Machine operation experience or ability to learn

Skills preferred:

• Construction fastener product knowledge

Shop/Fabrication

This is a full-time position for bolt and order fabrications. While the primary responsibility of this position is in the area of fabrication (cutting, bending, sawing, welding and assembling) the associate should be prepared to assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory, to help with overall warehouse productivity. This position is full-time and work hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday – Thursday and 7:30am – 2:30pm Friday.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Assembling, sawing, shearing, threading, steel bar

• Pulling, packing, and shipping orders, Receiving deliveries, Loading and unloading freight trucks
• Inventory counting
• Organizing and cleaning work areas
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and characteristics required:

• Dependable and reliable
• Accurate measurement and calculation skills
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and good physical stamina

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Construction fastener product knowledge strongly preferred
• Forklift operation experience or ability to learn
• Machine operation experience or ability to learn’
